Founded on the industrial culture of the Torri family, since 2007 the company has stood out for its choice to produce photovoltaic panels in Europe and for its constant investment in research and development.
Among the main innovations are the proprietary Prisma 4.0 and X-Core² technologies, the latter recently presented at Intersolar Europe. The heart of X-Core² is an engineered frame with a polymer insert that generates the so-called «slab effect», redistributing mechanical stresses across the entire panel surface.
The results achieved during development are significant: over 75% reduction of the concentrated load and a load-redistribution capacity five times higher than a traditional frame. In practice, the load exerted by a 90 kg installer drops from 1.13 kg/cm² to just 0.255 kg/cm², drastically reducing the risk of microfractures in the silicon cells throughout the system's life cycle.
This innovation becomes even more relevant when compared with industry data: according to Clean Energy Associates, 76% of inspected systems have complex cell fractures, defects often invisible to the naked eye but capable of generating hotspots, performance losses and potential safety issues.
